- 【VP】
・ Represent our real estate capabilities as a member of the IRE Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) team
・Partner with sales colleagues to cover existing real estate clients, including institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, developers), gatekeepers (trust banks and asset management companies), and pension funds
・Drive marketing and capital-raising activities for IRE strategies, including core, core+, value-add, and debt strategies.
【Director】
・Represent our real estate capabilities as a member of the IRE Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) team
・ Lead client engagement efforts in partnership with sales teams, covering key institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, developers), gatekeepers (trust banks, asset managers), and pension funds
・Originate and drive capital formation initiatives across IRE strategies (core, core+, value-add, and debt), contributing directly to fundraising outcomes
・Provide strategic input on product positioning, market entry, and investor targeting
・Act as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering market insights, portfolio updates, and tailored investment solutions
・Enhance collaboration across global teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution
・Support and influence internal stakeholders by aligning local client - 必要経験

・Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both external clients and internal stakeholders
・Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and a strong working
proficiency in English
・Presentation Skills: Advanced verbal and written presentation skills
・Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and work with financial data
・Initiative: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to take ownership and responsibility
・Industry Knowledge: Experience and knowledge in real estate investment and/or other private markets
【Director】
・Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to operate at senior levels, influencing both internal stakeholders and external clients
・Client Relationship Management: Strong track record of managing and developing relationships with institutional investors
・Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively
・Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English (verbal and written)
・Presentation Skills: Advanced ability to deliver high-impact presentations in both client-facing and internal settings
・Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex investment data
・ Drive & Ownership: Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable for outcomes
・Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in real estate investments and/or broader private markets, with a strong understanding of institutional client requirements - 予定勤務地
