- ・Serve as a senior representative of Invesco’s global equities platform in Japan, across both institutional and intermediary channels
・Lead client engagement in partnership with institutional and retail sales teams, covering key clients including institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, asset managers), pension funds, distributors, and intermediaries
・Drive strategic marketing and capital formation initiatives across a wide range of global equity strategies, contributing directly to business growth across channels
・Provide thought leadership on equity markets, including portfolio positioning, macro/sector developments, and benchmark-relative performance
・Deliver high-impact client communications tailored to different client segments, including institutional clients and retail/intermediary partners
・Support retail distribution efforts by providing product training, marketing materials, and investment insights to sales teams and distribution partners
・Influence product strategy by incorporating feedback from diverse client segments and distribution channels, as well as market and competitive dynamics
・Act as a bridge between clients, distribution partners, and global investment teams, ensuring alignment between local client needs and global capabilities
・Enhance cross-functional collaboration across investment, product, compliance, and multi-channel sales teams - 必要経験
- ・Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level, influencing internal stakeholders across institutional and retail channels
・Client Relationship Management: Proven experience engaging with institutional investors as well as distributors/intermediaries
・Product Expertise: Strong knowledge of global equity markets, including active and passive strategies, factor investing, ESG integration, and benchmark-driven mandates
・Multi-Channel Understanding: Solid understanding of both institutional and retail distribution models, including product positioning and client communication approaches
・Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different client segments
・Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and strong business-level English (verbal and written)
・Presentation Skills: Advanced presentation capabilities, including experience delivering training and client seminars
・Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, including performance attribution, portfolio construction, and risk analysis
・Drive & Ownership: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
・Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of client needs, regulatory considerations, and competitive landscape across institutional and intermediary markets in Japan - 予定勤務地
