- ・Lead the strategy and execution of Japanese-language RFPs, RFIs and DDQs. Work with sales, client service and investment professionals to understand client needs, determine the responseapproach and clearly articulate the firm’s strengths for Japanese institutional and intermediary audiences.
・Coordinate the stakeholders required for proposal delivery. Identify outliers and appropriate subject matter experts, agree deadlines, verify sources, and ensure new or revised content is reviewed, approved and captured. Where appropriate, mentor RFP Specialists and other less-experienced team members.
・Own the quality and development of Japanese RFP content in Responsive and other approved repositories. Select, localize, draft, edit and maintain responses based on approved global content, ensuring product alignment, consistent terminology, content governance and relevance to the Japanese market.
・Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through final delivery, including prioritization, dependencies, content integration, quality control, risk escalation and record keeping.
・Improve proposal processes, library content and standards for Japanese drafting and localization.
Use approved technology, AI and automation responsibly to improve quality, consistency and efficiency while maintaining required review and approval controls.
・Lead complex proposals across multiple products and services, and support RFP Editors on the largest, most complex or fully customized proposals. - 必要経験
- ・Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in RFPs, institutional investment, asset management, financial writing or a related discipline, including proposal development, Japanese content creation
and editing, project ownership and stakeholder management.
・Experience independently leading deadline-driven RFP, RFI or DDQ projects across multiple investment products or services.
・Native or near-native Japanese writing and editing capability, with the ability to draft clear, accurate and persuasive responses and localize complex English investment content without changing the
approved meaning.
・Business-level English communication skills sufficient to work effectively in a US-headquartered global asset management firm and communicate confidently with global stakeholders in meetings,
emails and discussions.
・In-depth knowledge of investment products and services, institutional portfolio concepts, and the qualitative and quantitative information commonly required in Japanese proposals.
・Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with senior subject matter experts and client-facing professionals.
・Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and deadline dependencies.
・Strong analytical and editorial judgment, including the ability to assess content and data for accuracy, relevance and consistency, identify gaps and escalate material risks.
・Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, lead projects or work streams, and provide guidance to colleagues with less experience.
・Sound understanding of business technology and the responsible use of approved AI and automation tools, while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and review controls. - 予定勤務地
