- Local CPM Role:
• Help IFI understand the needs of Japanese clients through on-site meetings and real-time responses to inquiries.
• Deliver IFI’s messages accurately to Japanese clients.
• Search for strong potential business opportunities for IAMJ that they may not have realized yet.
Business Support for the Tokyo Office:
• Facilitate timely responses to inquiries.
• Help with fund reporting materials.
• Streamline communication between IFI and the Tokyo office as a liaison.
• Cover Japanese clients located in the US.
• Quality management of IFI publications translated into Japanese (e.g., Global Fixed Income Strategy and White Paper).
• Coordinate client visits and help IFI understand client expectations (presentation and meeting agenda).
• Provide on-site support at client meetings, including translation and meeting memos.
• Manage trainee programs at IFI for Japanese clients. - 必要経験
- ・ At least 10 years of experience at buy-side or sell-side firms.
・ Good knowledge of a broad range of fixed-income markets and products.
・ Adequate experience as a fixed-income product or portfolio manager, including a client-facing portfolio manager role.
・ Broad knowledge of Japanese investors across three distribution channels: retail, pension, and financial institutions.
・ University graduate or above
・ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
・ Strong communication and collaboration skills
・ Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
・ Diligent, flexible, and versatile
